Base Pricing:
The following prices assume that you will provide your own fabrics and we will provide the
stabilizer and batting. We will assemble your quilt and, for an extra price, can machine
quilt it on our computerized longarm quilting machine in a style fitting for the personality
of the T-shirts. We have several quilt patterns and hundreds of machine quilting designs
to choose from.
These prices are estimates and may be adjusted based on your needs. The prices in the
table do not include quilting the quilt. We highly recommend sashing as it makes your
T-shirt squares stand out, adds cohesion to the colors in your quilt, and helps stabilize
your overall quilt.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
CORNERSTONES IN THE SASHING: Cornerstones in the sashing at the intersections
of the quilt square adds personality and color continuity to the quilt. We’ll add these for
$10.
LABELS: We’ll make and sew on a label for you for $7. We will gladly assist you in
constructing a message worthy of your heirloom treasure.
QUILT SLEEVES: We’ll make and add a quilt sleeve for hanging your quilt for $15. We
provide a basic muslin fabric for this purpose.
BORDERS: Most quilts will have sashing between the blocks, including 2 inches around
the outside of the quilt. Many people prefer to add additional personality (and size) by
having a 4 or 5 inch printed border around the quilt. We charge $10 for labor to add
borders. You purchase and select the fabric.
BINDING: Once your quilt top and backing are quilted together with the batting in
between,you need a way to finish off the edges of the quilt. Binding is generally
machine sewn onto the right side of the quilt, turned over to the back side and hand
sewn to the back. Some people prefer to make and apply their own binding. We will
gladly make and machine sew one end of your binding as part of your quilt’s base
price. Hand sewing the binding at the back will cost an additional $5.
QUILTING: Quilting holds the backing, batting and quilt top together and prevents
stretching, sagging and tearing at the seams. We charge a bargain price of $35 for an
edge to edge all-over loose meander quilting stitch when we make your T-shirt quilt. We
can custom quilt for an additional price. Many customers like special quilting in selected
colors for the sashing or borders. Some enjoy having us place a special detailed design
in each cornerstone. Prices vary for these specialized services.
